1. Eligibility for Returns

 
  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Defective or damaged products received in transit are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
 

2. Return Process

 
  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
  2. Ship the product back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
 

3. Refund Details

 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
 

4. Exchanges

 
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of shipping for a replacement product.
